Terms of Use

By downloading or using the falai app you accept these terms. The app is developed and published by Asveas.

1. Nature of the service

• Readings in the app are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice and must not be the basis of such decisions.
• For important decisions about health, investment, marriage or work, always consult a professional.
• Content is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

2. Use

• You may use the app only for personal purposes and in accordance with applicable law.
• You must scan only photos that are yours or that you are authorised to share.
• Reverse engineering, copying or creating derivative works of the app is prohibited.
• You must not use the app if you are under 13; if you are under 18, parental/guardian consent is required.

3. Ads and purchases

Some content is unlocked by watching short rewarded ads. Ads are served by a third party (Google AdMob); the relevant advertiser is responsible for ad content.

4. Intellectual property

The falai name, the melting-eye logo, the interface design, texts and software belong to Asveas. You may freely share the cards you create in the app on your personal social media accounts.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asveas cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.

6. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Access may be terminated in case of breach. You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the app.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anatolia) have jurisdiction over disputes.
