Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the falai mobile app, developed by Asveas ("we"), handles personal data. The short version is our slogan: your fortune never leaves your phone.

Summary: falai requires no account, sends no data to its servers and never sells your data. Your birth details, photos and all your readings are processed and stored only on your own device.

1. Data that stays on your device

The following data is kept only in your device's local storage; it is never transmitted to us or to third parties:

Profile details: name, birth date/time/place, optional gender and relationship status.
Photos: palm, face and cup photos are analysed with on-device image processing; no photo ever leaves your device and none is stored permanently.
Reading history and journal: match results, mood entries, streak information.

When you delete the app, all of this data is deleted with it. Only you can access your data; we cannot access it even technically.

2. Ads (third party)

falai shows optional rewarded ads using Google AdMob. While serving ads, Google may process device identifiers and similar limited technical data for ad delivery and fraud prevention. For Google's data practices, see the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Things we do not collect

We ask for no account, email address or phone number.
We track no behaviour; app measurement is limited to aggregate, privacy-preserving install and usage statistics (Firebase/SKAdNetwork) used for advertising performance.
We collect no location data (your birthplace is simply a city name you choose).
We never sell, rent or transfer your data to anyone.

4. Permissions

Camera / Photos: only for taking or choosing palm, face and cup photos; images are processed on device.
Notifications: only if you turn them on; daily card and sky reminders are scheduled on your device.

5. Children's privacy

falai is for entertainment and is not directed at children under 13. Data of users under 13 does not exist on our servers in any case (we do not collect data).

6. Your rights

Under Turkish data-protection law (KVKK) and similar regulations (including GDPR), the data controller is Asveas. Because of the app's architecture your personal data is not held by us; you exercise your rights of access, correction and deletion directly on your device (by editing your profile or deleting the app).
